Position : Well Services Planner

Location : Kuala Lumpur (office-based)

Scope of Work(s) :

• Develop and maintain short-, medium-, and long-term well services plans in line with the companys Operation Integrated Planning (OIP) and overall asset strategies.
• Plan and coordinate well intervention activities including slickline, e-line, coiled tubing, pumping, stimulation, workover, and plug & abandonment (P&A) operations.
• Serve as the focal point for gathering and preparing input to the Work Program & Budget (WP&B) and Corporate Plan & Budget (CP&B) related to well services and associated value creation.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly work schedules, ensuring alignment and synergy with WP&B, CP&B, Subsurface, and Asset long-term plans.
• Monitor, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for well services operations and contractor performance.
• Prepare performance reports on outsourced well services covering routine activities, production enhancement (PE / IWR), and well integrity-related work.
• Manage logistics coordination for well services equipment and crew rotations (supervisors).
• Administer and monitor well services contracts, including utilization tracking, cost optimization, and compliance with company procedures.
• Support procurement and contracting activities, including Master Procurement Planning (MPP), Purchase Requisition (PR) / Purchase Order (PO) creation, and progress tracking.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure all well services planning activities comply with HSE policies and operational standards.

Minimum Requirement(s) :

Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in well intervention job planning, covering slickline, e-line, coiled tubing, pumping, stimulation, workover, and P&A operations.
