Marketing & Customer Relations Associate

Funnel Duo Media Sdn. Bhd. is a fast-growing education and marketing company that partners with global educators, creators, and businesses to launch high-ticket programs, online courses, and international campaigns.

We’re excited to welcome a Marketing & Customer Relations Associate who will play a key role in client communication, student onboarding, and marketing support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this role allows you to grow alongside a passionate team.

Responsibilities

Customer Relations

Respond to client / student inquiries across email, WhatsApp, and community platforms in a timely, professional manner
Assist with onboarding new students (account setup, reminders, orientation materials)
Maintain accurate records, FAQs, and support documentation
Follow up on payments, refunds, or account issues (with provided scripts / templates)
Gather feedback, testimonials, and reviews from clients

Marketing & Operations Support

Assist with social media and community engagement (comments, DMs, community updates)

Support campaign operations (reminders, follow-up, content scheduling)

Support in creating simple content (captions, visuals, short videos) aligned with campaigns

Track marketing and customer engagement metrics (attendance, feedback, conversion rates)

Update CRM systems and ensure client data is accurate and organized

Conduct competitor research and share insights for campaign improvement

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields (fresh grads encouraged to apply)

Strong communication skills ( Mandarin required ; English is a plus). We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.

Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused

Comfortable with digital tools (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Canva, Zoom, etc.)

Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn CRM systems

Positive, growth mindset and a strong team player

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of customer service or digital marketing

Experience with CRM systems

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut or any others)
