PTP Team Lead

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Finance Team Lead to manage a transactional accounting team focused on accounts payable. The role combines operational leadership, team development, and continuous improvement within a structured finance environment.

Location : Selangor

Salary : RM8,000 - RM10,000

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily AP processes including invoice handling, payments, and reconciliations

Lead and coach a team to meet performance and accuracy benchmarks

Support month-end close activities and resolve escalated issues

Ensure compliance with internal controls and process standards

Manage team training, performance reviews, and resource planning

Act as the subject matter expert for AP operations and SAP

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounts Payable, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Background in a shared services or regional finance setup

Strong SAP and Excel skills

Proven leadership and team management capabilities

Detail-oriented with strong communication and problem-solving skills
