Overview
As a redONE evangelist, the Assistant, Sales Support is a key figure in managing pre- and post-sales processes with exposure to the RSS system. This role ensures operational excellence and effective cross-functional coordination. Key accountabilities include :
As the primary person responsible for the end-to-end onboarding process of new partners via RSS and upcoming Partner Onboarding platforms.
Job Responsibilities
Onboarding
- Verify all partner onboarding documentation and information prior to escalation to relevant stakeholders.
- Update and manage the full lifecycle of partner applications (submission, pending, escalation, ID created) within a 24-hour SLA.
- Master and support all processes related to :
- New Partner Recruitment
- Transfer of Ownership (ToO)
- Re-join Requests
- Upgrade & Downgrade of Partner Status
- Serve as key person for MyPartner Portal.
- Submission of Monthly RSA Report to GTM Sales.
Training & Liaison HQ
Train partners for new products, processes & system enhancements.Support LDU HQ in assessing and training partners.Compile feedback from training sessions and submit a training report as the assigned trainer and liaison.PR Submission & Execution
Roadshow ActivitiesSubmit quarterly Forecast Roadshow Planning Reports for GTM approval.Prepare and submit PRs for Roadshows, SA BOM, and Partner Gatherings / Meetings.Prepare Monthly Roadshow Reports, including Proof of Execution (POE) and Activation Reports (post-event) to the Trade Marketing team.POSM & MakeoverHandle end-to-end POSM procurement : sourcing, PR submission, disbursement, and stock tracking.Submit Monthly Inventory Stocktake Reports to the Trade Marketing team.Provide Regional PO reports with complete invoices and job completion photos (e.g., for banner / signage installations) to Finance.Devices ManagementForecast and submit device requirements based on run rates and inputs from SM / RH.Perform stock-out activities in redPOS and manage stock distribution upon receipt of devices.Admin
Answer emails, phone calls, WhatsApp / Telegram and other correspondence.Competitive comparison across telco, product, marketing, promotion, and commission.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support the sales team in performance tracking and decision-making.Finance Related :i. Monthly Petty Cash Claim Report
ii. Monthly Courier services invoice
iii. Triton – Service, Repaid & Maintenance (If required)
HR Related :i. Monthly Attendance Report & Documentation
ii. Monthly Triton mileage
Trade Marketing Related :i. Annually Premier Shop Operation Status Report
ii. TVS - PS Blue Pepper Latest Visual Updates
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SP M / "O" Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin, Tamil, or other languages; a local dialect is an added advantage.Strong communication skills, dynamic, result-oriented, with excellent presentation skills.Highly motivated and driven to grow.Personal qualities : Positive, passionate, collaborative, and able to perform in a challenging environment; a team player.At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably specialized in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.This is a full-time position based in Ipoh, Perak.Company information : redONE Network, Malaysia’s only postpaid MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) with over 350 staff in 12 offices nationwide, 90+ retail outlets and more than 5,000 sales touchpoints.
