Overview
Role responsibilities and requirements for a Human Resources and Administration Executive.
Responsibilities
Involved in evaluation of appointed approved supplier
Price comparison and price negotiation
Necessity of issuing of PR & PO concerned
Overall purchasing involved in staff / driver uniform, purchase of office stationery, company printed materials (letter head, delivery note, jobsheet, logbook, Schencker Time Track, etc) and miscellaneous items
Diverting of PR& PO to group admin for approval
Monthly admin report needs to be submitted to group admin before the 10th of each month
Monthly office maintenance (office lighting, air conditioning, furniture, fire extinguisher) are operating well and in good order
Involved in Telco HP monthly tracking and checking
Monitoring staff attendance, personal attitude, work dedication and team work spirit
Preparing payroll report and monthly report to Group HR
Recruiting of new contract drivers and staff whenever required
Responsible for staff and driver’s insurance matters
Any ad-hoc task as assigned by the management
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree regardless of the specific field of study
At least 3-5 years’ experience in related field
Converse effectively in English, Malay & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
