Responsibilities

• Able to understand customer data center facilities setup. Utilize solution skill to leads and identify opportunities based on customer insight.
• Become proficient in Data Center facilities products & solution (UPS, Containment, Cooling, Prefabricate Solution), understand customers need and providing solutions.
• Support business development manager in market share analysis and market competitor insight analysis.
• Develop solution proposals, pricing and internal quote approvals, support commercial decision-making approvals, and support Business Development Manager in customer-facing sales operations. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and Marketing team to plan and implement marketing plans.
• Develop and manage high-value relationships with key stakeholders in the customer’s technical team.
• Familiar with the Malaysia Data Center market and able to select appropriate solutions according to the market’s need.
• Able to develop and enable the channel ecosystem.
• Able to handle and produce technical proposal and tender related submissions.
