Responsibilities

• Supporting the regional distribution team in executing the global & regional contracts in a compliant, accurate & timely way.
• Assisting regional sales team to solve issues with the distributors while maintaining proper financial control over the processes.
• Responsible for the timeliness of Ship and Debit, Price Protection and Scrap allowance claims validation and processing.
• Accrual Management for Distributor claims related topics and preparation of JV for month end closing.
• Distributor Incentive calculation and achievement tracking.
• Responsible for Co-op program governance.
• Handling of other compensation, warranty and insurance claims.
• Ad hoc project, reporting & analysis in aid of decision making.
