Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum SPM / High School Certificate or equivalent (Diploma in related field is an advantage). Experience in retail / sales / beauty industry is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Passionate about beauty, skincare, and cosmetics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed with a pleasant personality. Sales-driven, motivated, and a good team player. Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays. to provide expert advice, personalized beauty consultations, and excellent customer service to clients while promoting and selling beauty, skincare, and cosmetic products. A Retails Associate plays a key role in enhancing the customer's shopping experience and driving sales performance.
Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable beauty products (skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, haircare).
- Demonstrate and explain product benefits and usage.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle sales transactions accurately (POS, cash, card, e-wallet).
- Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
- Support promotional activities, product launches, and roadshows.
- Attend product training sessions and stay updated with beauty trends.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve company objectives.
Requirements :
