Receive stock, check, and distribute items to be displayed on the selling floor.Keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.Pack stock for delivery, seal, and tag cartons.Ensure correct shipping information is attached and move completed orders to the shipping area.Keep shelves fully stocked, tidy, and accurately labelled.Return unwanted items to their correct shelf positions and arrange products on shelves.Stock and replace products to avoid any damages.Check expired items and place near expiry items for special promotions.Assist customers and cashiers in verifying prices.Operate scanners, cash registers, and other electronic devices (card terminals, etc.).Accept payments, ensure accuracy of prices and quantities, and provide a receipt to every customer.Process exchanges and resolve complaints.Pack or wrap purchases to ensure safe carrying by customers.Follow all store procedures regarding payment type, vouchers, and promotional offers.Empty trash receptacles and maintain a clean workspace.Assist each other in ensuring smooth store operations.Complete job tasks given by a superior and follow workplace established guidelines and SOPs.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
