Penerangan pekerjaanCoordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project alignment with business goals. Facilitate project meetings, providing status updates and addressing challenges proactively. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Monitor and track project performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, risk logs, and change management records. Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, key milestones, and budget utilization. Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement practices for future projects Bachelors degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or a related field PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly preferred Min 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction, IT, finance, manufacturing Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline Experience working with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities. One way moving allowance of RM 1,000 Working Visa cost to be borne by employer Annual leave - 15 days Medical leave - 30 days Insurance - Up to USD 10,000 (IPD) Special leave - Country of origin's National Day Working hours 8 : 00 to 17 : 30 (Monday to Friday) Transport to and from office
