Key Account - Assistant Manager / Senior Executive

Overview

AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account personnel to manage and grow the Hair&Beauty division. This role is responsible for driving sales, enhancing brand presence, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Brand Strategy – Lead the overall sales and marketing strategy to achieve company-set objectives in sales revenue, profitability, and brand image.
• Sales Planning & Execution – Develop and implement annual sales plans, strategies, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning – Analyze market trends, foresee future developments, and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Promotions & Launches – Formulate and execute key sales promotions and product launches to drive market penetration.
• Relationship Management & Customer Engagement – Build and maintain strong relationships with FMCG buyers, category managers, and key stakeholders; nurture positive relationships at all levels to ensure smooth execution of sales and marketing strategies; manage customer activity through CRM tools with visibility and timely follow-up on open issues.
• Business Development & Market Execution – Drive market execution strategies, including sales promotions, visual merchandising enhancements, and planogram optimization; monitor competitor activities and develop strategic responses; ensure optimal inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory; develop operational plans for sales volume, P&L tracking, and performance reporting.
• Reporting & Business Analysis – Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and stock movement; provide insights through data analysis, sales tracking, and benchmarking; prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews for internal stakeholders.
