Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the partner ecosystem.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including resellers, VARs, and system integrators, to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to enhance market coverage and increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to provide partners with the tools and resources needed for success.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts with channel partners to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and deliver training programs and enablement initiatives to enhance partner knowledge and capabilities.
- Drive joint marketing and sales initiatives with channel partners to generate leads and close deals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all channel sales activities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Proven experience (8+ years) in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the cybersecurity or IT industry.Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, network security, and related technologies.Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets through channel sales strategies.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling channel partners to drive business growth.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving measurable outcomes.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.Seniority level
