Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day IT operational support for, but not limited to; computers, printers, network connection and audio‑visual system.
Perform computer hardware & software troubleshooting as well as upgrades.
Provide general IT assistance to staff and stakeholders.
Assist in computer, network and server infrastructure maintenance.
Participate with department’s projects or IT related activities.
Ensure company IT policies are met.
Assist in providing relevant documentation as required by department.
Able to work during off‑hours, if required, for related IT maintenance works.
