This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bancassurance Specialist located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Bancassurance Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of bancassurance products by developing relationships with clients, conducting financial needs analysis, providing personalized insurance solutions, and maintaining a high level of client service. The role also involves collaborating with bank staff to generate leads, conducting presentations, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications

Experience in driving sales and building relationships with relationship managers and clients Skills in conducting financial needs analysis and providing insurance solutions Strong interpersonal skills Strong collaboration and communication skills Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance Proficiency in presentation and cold calling Relevant experience in the financial services or insurance industry is beneficial Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Details
