Senior Administrator – UCO Collection Centre
Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Oil Collection Centre, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Support the setup and preparation of new collection centres, including staffing, licensing, and facility readiness.
Plan and organize collection routes to optimize vehicle utilization and collection volumes within assigned zones.
Coordinate UCO collection and transportation activities, including scheduling, tracking, and liaising with transport teams.
Provide administrative assistance for inquiries, including system-related troubleshooting and support.
b) New Outlet Management
Assist the Operations Manager in compiling and verifying documentation for new outlet setups.
Perform accurate and timely data entry into systems such as Google Forms.
Manage cash payment arrangements for new outlets as required.
Plan and coordinate the deployment of drums to new outlets to ensure readiness for collection activities.
c) Administration Support
Support new outlet acquisition and UCO collection-related administrative tasks.
Manage drum deployment schedules, ensuring accurate distribution of resources to each outlet.
Monitor operations, including collection schedules and payment tracking.
d) Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all relevant licenses and permits (MPOB, municipal, etc.) are valid and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Promote and enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the depot.
e) Reporting & Systems Support
Compile and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the Operations Manager.
Maintain well‑organized and secure records of all operational documents.
Manage data entry and updates in collection management systems and other administrative tools.
f) Customer Service & Communication
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Provide support for urgent manual or operational requests when needed.
Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements :
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in UCO or palm oil collection industries.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Good understanding of regulatory and safety compliance (MPOB, DOE, municipal requirements).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage as a company car will be assigned for travel purposes.
