Overview
KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) in Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced process and delivery excellence professional with experience in Tax and legal organizations to join our team as a Quality Manager.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes, systems, and products to identify gaps and areas for quality improvement.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client staff, building their internal capabilities in quality assurance and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and the impact of implemented quality initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert, advising clients on root cause analysis for quality deviations and developing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Working with management to set quality expectations and goals (manage the quality framework in place).
- Compiling and presenting statistical data for management reviews.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to ensure the implementation of quality initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in compliance, taxation, and financial analysis.
- Experience as a process excellence or delivery excellence professional.
- Experience in managing quality, implementing quality controls, quality KPIs.
- Good change management skills.
- Experience in data analysis or business analysis is valued. Knowledge of statistical tools.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, CMMI, ITIL.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary professionals.
- Accountable, analytical, self-motivated, and organized.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for problem-solving and finding solutions to client needs.
