About the Job

• Conduct market research to understand demand, and develop a feasible leasing plan for retail spaces.
• Oversee the full leasing process, including planning, tenant sourcing, negotiations, administration, deal closure, and budget forecasting, with a focus on maximizing rental income, occupancy, and profitability by attracting desirable tenants (including long-term, short-term, specialty tenants, kiosks, and seasonal tenants).
• Source new tenants that align with the planned tenant mix, with a creative focus on introducing distinctive, high-quality brands, particularly non-mainstream retailers to elevate the hub’s market positioning.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, business partners, and tenants.
• Liaise with tenants and coordinate with internal teams, including Project, Fit-Out, Legal, Marketing, Facility Management, and Finance departments.
• Oversee lease agreement negotiations and execution, ensuring compliance with legal standards and protecting the landlord's interests.
