Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Create, design, and manage social media content, including carousels, collaterals, and paid advertisements.
  • Monitor and engage with audiences by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across social platforms.
  • Manage and maintain company websites, including overseeing end-to-end production for new project websites.
  • Design marketing assets and deliver high-quality written and visual content.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring effective targeting and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives across multiple business units, ensuring consistency with overall brand strategy.
  • Analyze campaign performance, track market trends, and generate insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SEO / SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, website management, digital campaigns management.
  • Proficient in graphic design and written communication.
  • Independent player who can take ownership of tasks and projects with prompt feedback to the Singapore HQ.
  • Experience in managing marketing activities across multiple business units.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
  • Familiarity with marketing automations and targeting strategies.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to reach diverse audiences.
  • Willing to undertake a 3-month attachment in Singapore. Expenses for meals, accommodation, and flights will be sponsored by the company.
