Overview

Responsible for the management and monitoring of all assigned projects on planning, control, and execution are performing to the required standard and within the time-cost budget.

Oversee the project’s hospital operations and construction processes meeting the project objectives / goals.

Lead the project development team for effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects which include overseeing the coordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and progress of the projects.

Liaison with the relevant authorities, consultants / architects, and contractors to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the projects.

Providing advice and analysis on pre-construction feasibility studies, budgeting, and other related to construction management to the Company.

Conduct sites inspection on a regular basis to review progress and project performance according to schedule.

Lead the preparation of construction planning, cost control, and sequencing of works.

Manage and direct project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.

Participate in internal audits and assist in preparation for MSQH accreditation surveys.

Ensure the hospital’s physical environment and facility management practices comply with MSQH Facility Management and Safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering / Building Tech, C&S, M&E or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ work experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Technical knowledge in project and hospital operation.
• Good in preparing CAPEX / OPEX for departmental and budgeting for project.
