Ked Tech is seeking a talented Service Engineer (Mandarin Speaking) to join our team based in Penang, Malaysia. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our clients in the semiconductor industry. What you'll be doing

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with our wet cleaning equipment Provide on-site and remote technical support and maintenance services Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions Manage inventory, order spare parts, and ensure the timely completion of tasks Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement improvements to existing products and processes Contribute to the team\'s continuous learning and knowledge sharing efforts What we\'re looking for

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field Minimum 1 year of experience as an Application Engineer or in a similar technical support role Related knowledge or experience on semiconductor process and product Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin and English Willingness to travel within the region and overseas to support client sites as needed A team player with a strong customer service orientation What we offer
