Overview

Location : Kelang, Selangor, Malaysia

Salary : MYR2,200.00 - MYR3,200.00

Reports To

Production Manager

Job Purpose

  • Plan the daily work in Production Area in order to ensure tasks are carried out efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Program and supervise work in extra time
  • Supervise & cross train team
  • Plan & Manage Team holidays
  • Identify areas for efficiency improvements
  • Always ensures full contingency cover
  • Record and investigate non conformances, reworking where possible
  • Coordinate and ensure maintenance of the production equipment according to the established schedule
  • Liaison between department and Senior Management concerning trends and problem areas
  • Monitor hazardous waste activities in Production
  • Analyze and monitor the indicators, in order to take the necessary measures
  • Guarantee cleanliness and order of the factory
  • Ensure compliance with the company\'s industrial safety guidelines for the Production
  • Prepare Production related Operations procedure and Work Instructions

    • Skills And Attributes Required

  • Knowledge of production processes
  • Knowledge of Management Systems (ISO 9001 / 14001)
  • English knowledge
  • Leadership and personnel management
  • Good communication & organization skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Analytical and data interpreting skills
  • Work well under pressure and results driven
  • Degree in Industrial engineering, administration or related areas preferred
  • Experience in the similar position for at least 2 years
