We are implementing a new ERP system (IFS) to strengthen our business operations and drive digital transformation. To ensure a successful rollout, we are looking for a highly skilled ERP Project Manager to lead the project from planning to go-live.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the IFS ERP implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Act as the primary liaison between the company, IFS vendor, and implementation partners.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Support, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Manufacturing, HR, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and effective change management.
Oversee user training, documentation, and adoption to ensure business continuity post go-live.

Qualifications

Proven track record as a Project Manager in ERP implementations (IFS experience highly preferred; SAP, Oracle, Dynamics also considered).

Strong knowledge of end-to-end business processes in finance, supply chain, production, and HR.

Excellent project management skills with ability to manage scope, timeline, and budget.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.

Strong problem-solving and communicationskills.

Travel is required (Penang / China / Bangladesh).
