What You'll Do
- Lead & Inspire : Motivate and guide sales advisors to exceed Auto Finance disbursement and incentive targets.
- Drive Growth : Expand dealer networks, boost Capital Financing drawdowns, and champion cross-selling of Credit Cards and BANCA.
- Build Relationships : Maintain strong, strategic partnerships with dealerships and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Excellence : Oversee smooth operations, compliance, and timely execution of administrative tasks.
- Empower Teams : Conduct impactful training, briefings, and ensure continuous learning across Business Centres.
- Champion Compliance & Risk Management : Foster a “no-surprise” culture by adhering to AML policies and proactively managing risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree holderCertified in PCE Life, PCE General, Takaful Life & Takaful GeneralMinimum 5 years of experience in the Auto Finance industryA strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skillsPassionate about delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiencesBe part of a high-impact team driving innovation in Auto FinanceEnjoy a collaborative culture that values growth, learning, and excellenceMake a difference in the lives of customers and partners across the East CoastSeniority level
