Overview
The Operation and Monitoring Corporate Trainee will provide day-to-day support to team members, especially on daily operations and documentation. This includes understanding the monitoring process, serving as gatekeeper of knowledge documents, supporting the team to open / update / close incidents, learning to create a task in ServiceNow and basic troubleshooting of incidents. Responsible for assisting Team Head with tracking documents (e.g., KPI) on a monthly basis and documenting it in SharePoint.

NOTE : Successful candidates will be employed on a 6-month contract directly under Commerz Global Service Solutions Sdn Bhd. Upon completion of the Corporate Trainee Program, permanent employment will be offered based on overall performance evaluation throughout the 6 months program.
