About the Role
The Digital Content Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimising high-quality digital content and marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, increase engagement, and drive measurable business results. This role requires strong writing skills, creativity, and expertise in digital platforms, with the ability to adapt messaging to different target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop compelling, persuasive, and brand-aligned content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
- Adapt tone, style, and messaging to suit different products, audiences, and platforms.
- Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and supports marketing objectives.
2. Digital Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and manage multi-platform digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube).Track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend optimisation strategies.Monitor industry trends and audience behaviour to refine campaign strategies.3. Brand & Engagement
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.Collaborate with designers, product managers, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.Create content that drives engagement, shares, and conversions.4. Analytics & Optimisation
Monitor key performance metrics using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools.Provide actionable insights for improving campaign performance and ROI.Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field5 years' total working experience, including 2–3 years in digital marketing, campaign management, or copywritingProven track record of executing digital campaigns with measurable results.Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia ( Mandarin is an advantage).Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.Key Competencies
