Job Purpose

To support the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates, ensuring timely hiring to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
  • Handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of employment passes, work permits, and other related documentation in compliance with government regulations.
  • Liaise with government agencies to ensure smooth processing of work passes.
  • Maintaining and updating the company's recruitment databases and tracking systems.
  • Providing HR support and advice to both new and existing employees as needed.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, best practices and changes in employment legislation.
  • To perform any other reasonable duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Possess own transport & willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
