Insurance Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanPossess at least Bachelor's degree , Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in Insurance. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply Good verbal communication skill and ability to work independently and effectively in a team. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Meticulous and have an eye for detail. Computer Literacy including Ms Office and Excel. Mandarin is a requirement for this role. As you are required to liaise with mandarin speaking companies and individual clients. Ability to read and write is an extra credit.
Responsibilities :
- Administration work for general insurance such as arranging cover, providing solutions on insurance matter and handling claims.
- Prepare quotation, sending policies and invoices to insured and follow up on premium payment.
- Ensure that all policies / endorsements are issued accurately and promptly.
- Ensure all records and documents are properly stored and maintained.
- Liaise directly with superior, HODs and panel insurance companies in all insurance related matters.
- Promptly attend to all enquires, incoming calls, complaints, and correspondence from insureds (both internal and external).
- To carry out any other duties and job functions instructed from time to time by the Company.
