About the role

This is a full-time Regional Sales Engineer / Manager role at MODU Group, a leading producer of Modular conveyor system for industrial factories. Reporting to the Vice President, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's sales activities. This is a crucial role that will have a direct impact on the company's overall business performance and strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

Represent the entire range of company industrial products and solutions to the assigned customers.
Source, develop new customers and achieve designated regional sales targets through the implementation of appropriate and unique strategies.
Conduct market research and sector intelligence, evaluate industry gaps and opportunities to pitch sales leads on value added services range from up to downstream.
Identify market expectations, trends, opportunities and customer’s needs.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Take ownership and accountability in Company’s sales target, performance and growth.
Prepare and submit sales team plan report and forecasts to internal teams and manager.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Sales industry.

Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher Graduate Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Industrial), (Mechatronic / Mechanical) or equivalent.

Computer Aided Design in 2D / 3D, CAE / CAD software pre-sales and support, industrial electrical / automation design.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Proficient in data analysis and using sales reporting tools.

Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.

Strong English language skills, spoken and written, further Asian languages preferable.
