Penerangan pekerjaanPossess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates with a strong academic record and a passion for construction. Proficiency in Site Management, including planning, organizing, and controlling site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain Quality Control procedures to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications. Strong understanding of Safety Management principles and practices, with the ability to enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Excellent Problem Solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress. Proven ability in Site Supervision, including coordinating and supervising subcontractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Demonstrated Team Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of construction workers to achieve project goals. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential for effective communication with a diverse workforce and stakeholders. Annual Leave EPF Medical Leave SOCSO Annual Bonus
Job Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers, providing clear direction and ensuring quality workmanship.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all construction work meets or exceeds industry standards and project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting any potential delays or issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve any on-site problems or conflicts, utilizing effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to minimize disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material deliveries, and equipment usage.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among all site personnel.
