Overview
Role Overview : Our client, a prominent player in the FMCG distribution space, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager to support the growth and performance of key consumer brands in their portfolio. This role combines elements of brand execution, sales coordination, and marketing strategy implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and gross margin objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic brand positioning and pricing.
- Support the development of marketing collaterals, POS materials, and in-store visibility plans.
- Track and manage advertising and promotion budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and timely claim submissions to principals.
- Serve as the key liaison with principals, ensuring alignment on brand direction and sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful brand messaging.
- Manage product forecasting and stock planning to ensure timely product availability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.3–4 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in product / brand roles.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, independent, and capable of handling multiple tasks.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Self-motivated and passionate about the FMCG industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
