Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA) preferred. 7–10 years of relevant experience in R2R, GL, or Financial Reporting. Experience in a Shared Services or multinational environment is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and month‑end processes. Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar). Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Record-to-Report (R2R) Manager to lead the overall R2R operations within their Shared Services Centre. This role is responsible for overseeing month‑end closing, financial reporting, general ledger activities, and ensuring strong governance, compliance, and process optimisation across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the R2R team, ensuring timely and accurate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing activities.
- Oversee end‑to‑end GL processes including journal entries, reconciliation, fixed assets, inter‑company transactions, and accruals.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements in accordance with IFRS / GAAP and internal policies.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardisation across R2R processes.
- Collaborate closely with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Operations to resolve issues and support business decisions.
