Job Responsibility

• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Maintain and update accounting records and documentation, such as invoices, receipts, and bank statements, ensuring proper organization and accessibility for audits and reviews.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of cash balances.
• Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections, and resolving any related issues or disputes.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and monitor actual performance against budget to identify variances and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to gather financial information and support various accounting projects and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparing audit schedules and responding to audit inquiries.
