Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Support Executive located in Subang Jaya. The ideal candidate has experience supporting sales operations and is confident in handling RFQs and regional tender submissions. Key responsibilities include preparing quotations, coordinating cross-functional teams for tender documentation, ensuring compliance with submission requirements, and providing end-to-end support to the sales team.

Qualifications

The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with regional market dynamics. Experience in managing RFQ and tender processes to enhance business exposure and competitiveness will be highly valued. In addition, the candidate will assist with customer follow-ups, maintain accurate records, and contribute to business development initiatives.
