Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at VSTECS Astar Sdn Bhd in Kuantan, Pahang. This full-time role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, while driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Perform regular sales visitation and build long-term business relationships with the assigned customer base.
• Handle all sales-related matters such as customer enquiries, sales quotations, credit applications, order processing, logistics, payment collection, and related tasks.
• Provide after-sales service and support to customers.
• Attend weekly sales meetings for internal updates and forecasted sales.
• Prepare and submit monthly forecast reports and sales performance reports to management.
