Join our dynamic sales team in the FMCG industry! We’re looking for a Channel Sales Executive with a strong background in sales execution and field leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Support and implement sales strategies set by management
- Manage returns and blocked orders in line with company policies
- Monitor aging reports and drive collection efforts
- Lead coverage planning with Channel Reps to optimize route efficiency
- Coordinate marketing programs with Trade Marketing
- Distribute POSM materials and ensure execution in trade
- Conduct field coaching and supervise team performance
- Oversee new customer onboarding and account management
- Run weekly team meetings and annual appraisals
- Ensure timely submission of sales reporting documents
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or higher in any fieldMinimum 3 years\' sales experience, ideally in FMCGFluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and MandarinAble to work independently and in a teamOwn transport requiredConfident, energetic, and able to thrive in a competitive environmentComfortable communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholdersWhy Join Us?
