Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Energy Manager located in Putrajaya. The Energy Manager will oversee energy management strategies, monitor energy use, and assess opportunities to improve energy efficiency. Responsibilities include developing and implementing energy‑saving initiatives, conducting energy audits, managing energy‑related projects, and ensuring compliance with energy regulations. The role also involves collaborating with procurement teams and providing advice on energy‑efficient equipment and practices.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Energy Management and Energy Efficiency strategies
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning and execution of energy‑related projects
• Analytical skills to assess energy usage patterns and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Experience with procurement processes for energy‑efficient equipment and services
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of energy standards and regulations in Malaysia
• Bachelor of Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (IPTA / IPTS)
• Registered Energy Manager (REM) Certificate from Energy Commission (ST)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Priority given to those with experience in building facility maintenance
• Salary range based on certification and work experience
• Immediate availability is an advantage
