Job Summary :
We're searching for a passionate and strategic Senior Talent Partner to join our growing team. You'll be the driving force behind building our elite teams, sourcing exceptional talent who will help us shape the future of banking. Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Talent Acquisition : Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and business roles, from initial sourcing to successful onboarding.
- Proactive Talent Sourcing : Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier tech talent across diverse platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, specialized tech and business communities, etc.).
- Technical Proficiency : Conduct in-depth technical screenings, collaborating closely with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' skills and potential.
- Elevated Candidate Experience : Create a seamless and engaging candidate journey, ensuring clear communication and timely feedback.
- Strategic Stakeholder Partnerships : Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing expert guidance and insights on talent acquisition best practices.
- Data-Driven Insights : Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform our talent strategy.
- Brand Advocacy : Contribute to our employer branding initiatives, showcasing Ryt Bank as a destination for top tech talent.
- ATS Excellence : Maintain accurate and efficient records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Process Innovation : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts.
- Championing Diversity : Foster an inclusive recruitment process that attracts and retains a diverse pool of talent.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.3 - 5+ years of proven experience in full-cycle tech recruitment.Demonstrated ability to source and place top-tier tech talent (software engineers, data scientists, product managers, etc.) and business talents (finance, risk, compliance, etc).Deep understanding of technical skills, technologies (programming languages, frameworks, cloud platforms) and business (banking / finance industry)Expertise in leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other relevant sourcing tools.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in ATS systems.A proactive and results-oriented mindset.Familiarity with employment law and best practices.Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment (start-up / fintech) is highly valued.Preferred Qualifications :
