We are looking for a dynamic, energetic Protégé who is enthusiastic about Oil and Gas operations focus on managing company accounts, budgets, audits and daily operations support tasks in D365. You'll collaborate closely with us to execute initiatives, collect data and assist with audits. This role offers hands-on involvement in ongoing and upcoming projects within our organization.

We are immediately hiring fresh graduates to be our Velesto Trainee (Protégé) for Accounts & Operations under Finance Division joining us as early in

July

2025.

Job Responsibility : -

  • Manage the Company's accounts and the daily operations of the company such as preparing debit note, interco transaction
  • Management Accounts to ensure the monthly management accounts is prepared and submitted on time
  • Prepare for audit relevant schedules, attend to audit queries and prepare audited accounts
  • Assist in reclassification of budget in D365
  • Assists in gathering data, analyzing processes, and identifying areas for improvement.

Minimum requirements : -

  • Fresh graduate with Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related fields (with strong interest in accounting & finance scopes)
  • Proficient use in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using Accounting software would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Local graduates who are still unemployed are encouraged to apply
  • 26 years old and below
