Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Strong interest in technical sales and international business Willingness to travel and work overseas Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn
Phase 1 : Technical Foundation
Objective : Build strong understanding of products, solutions, and applications.
- Product and technical training (classroom & on-site)
- Job shadowing with Sales & Application Engineers
- Hands-on experience in after-sales service, technical support, and troubleshooting
Phase 2 : Business Exposure
Objective : Learn about customer needs, sales processes, and business development strategies.
Phase 3 : International Secondment & Sales Practice
Objective : Gain international exposure and practical sales experience.
