Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across corporate, group, and leisure segments.
- Lead and motivate the Sales team to exceed sales goals and deliver excellent client service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to support revenue growth.
- Mentor and train junior sales staff, fostering professional growth and a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue, and Operations teams to align strategies and ensure service excellence.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, client events, and industry functions to promote brand visibility.
