Operations Manager (Shopping Mall)

Penerangan pekerjaanDegree in Mechanical & Engineering, Facility Management or related Engineering discipline. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in related industry. Proven track record in handling mall operations, maintenance and facilities management in shopping malls. Excellent team prayer with excellent planning, communication and good interpersonal skills are essential.
Overview
- Ensure maintenance and repair of elevators, travellators, escalators, Pitless Lifts, OKU Platform, Hoists, and etc.
- Ensure full performance of HVAC System, LPG storage and supply system inclusive of ST and JKKP inspection & permits renewal, mall daily hygiene (Pest) and mall landscape cleanliness.
- Monitor and control all service contractors on all facilities ensuring excellent support with minimum costs.
- Review and provide comments on tenant's design before start of renovation works and after restoration work when tenant move out.
- Monitor and control all Fit Out / Restoration works and provide immediate written feedback to tenants for improvements.
- Any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time as instructed by Management as and when required.
