Account Assistant — Salary Range RM2,500++ Our team is looking for an Account Assistant to manage invoices and support accounts / admin tasks, ensuring accurate records and timely communication with suppliers and clients. Responsibilities
Generating invoices, posting into the ABSS system, and updating reports Emailing invoices to customers Updating fund transfer reports Checking and verifying suppliers’ invoices Maintaining proper filing and documentation Assisting in other accounts / admin related tasks as needed Communicating and coordinating with clients, shippers, and overseas vendors (China, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, etc.) Verifying vendor invoices and updating profit and loss records Qualifications
SPM or higher MS Office savvy Analytical skills Interpersonal skills Team player Knowledge in ABSS will be an added advantage Able to start work immediately 5 days work per week Additional Details
