Account Assistant — Salary Range RM2,500++
Our team is looking for an Account Assistant to manage invoices and support accounts / admin tasks, ensuring accurate records and timely communication with suppliers and clients.
Responsibilities
- Generating invoices, posting into the ABSS system, and updating reports
- Emailing invoices to customers
- Updating fund transfer reports
- Checking and verifying suppliers’ invoices
- Maintaining proper filing and documentation
- Assisting in other accounts / admin related tasks as needed
- Communicating and coordinating with clients, shippers, and overseas vendors (China, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, etc.)
- Verifying vendor invoices and updating profit and loss records
Qualifications
