Job Description Summary : Analyst Manufacturing Technical Training, reporting to the Director of GFES (Global Fab Engineering Services) Program Management, is primarily responsible for improving the technical training foundation within the GlobalFoundries Manufacturing organization. This role involves standardizing and modernizing training content, executing training programs, and setting up a technical training performance dashboard. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GlobalFoundries’ Learning Management System (LMS) to support workforce capability and ensure compliance, including demonstrating the ability to work flexibly and adaptably in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials needed to deliver the best training to the protegee
• Assist in the evaluation of training programs
• Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
• Enhance employees’ skills, performance, productivity, and quality of work
• Close the gap between employee training desires and company needs
• Mapping out development plans for teams and individuals
• Analyzing metrics and designing reports
• Ensure training projects are completed on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality
• Continuously evaluates the relevancy and accuracy of curricula content and monitors the process and impact of training on learning and on-the-job performance, including modernizing the training materials
