Delivery Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

We are looking for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in software application support within the telecommunication industry. In this role, you will receive training and hands‑on exposure to system configuration, upgrades, testing, and technical support to ensure smooth business operations. You will also gain valuable experience working with external vendors on system integration and troubleshooting.

This role is more software-focused (SQL, scripting, system / application support) rather than pure networking, making it a great opportunity for graduates who want to grow their technical skills and build a career in telecom software systems and cross-vendor collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Involve in the delivery of telecommunication software projects.
• Responsible for technical support activities including System Configuration, Business Operation, System Upgrading.
• Responsible for preparation, creation and test execution for any testing phase of the project.
• Liaison with external parties and vendors to support integration and troubleshooting.
• Provide the high-quality service for the clients to meet win‑win cooperation.
• Responsible for as assigned by the Project Manager.
