Autoflo Technology Sdn. Bhd. has vacancy for General Administrative cum Purchasing Executive, a position to provide organizational and clerical support to ensure the office runs smoothly. Your support is crucial to improving the productivity and good service support to the customers and market.

Your Key Responsibility
- General office organization and clerical support and as purchasing coordinator.
- Work with account department and storekeeper to monitor and control stock in warehouse.
- Prepare purchase requisition and issue purchase orders to suppliers. Able to negotiate prices and delivery status with suppliers.
- Coordinate delivery schedule with forwarders and custom clearance. Understand custom rules, tax tariff and operating procedures.
- Manage price list and update price information.
- Organize physical and digital files, maintain databases, and ensure easy access to important information.
- Manage office supplies, report equipment breakdown and upkeep of office environment.
- Other miscellaneous clerical works.
Your Profile
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or other administrative-related fields.1 to 2 years in administrative-related roles – admin / sales / purchasing clerk, coordination works.Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a prerequisite.Organised, quick, and able to coordinate between different teams.Customer-oriented, positive personality, responsible, possess business acumen.Problem solving and priority management skills.Ability to commute / relocate : reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work to Subang Jaya.Our offer
