As our
HR ,
People & Culture Lead , you'll own the full scope of HR responsibilities - from recruitment and performance to policies, compliance, and culture. You’ll work closely with the founder and leadership team to
build scalable people systems , champion employee experience, and
foster a vibrant, high-performance team culture
across all WFH brands. What you'll do
People & Culture Cultivate a
positive, values-driven workplace
through engagement strategies, team rituals, and culture-building initiatives Drive internal communications and recognition programs that reinforce purpose and belonging Be the cultural glue across locations, brands, and departments Talent Acquisition & Retention Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes across HQ and on-ground teams Improve employer branding and candidate experience at every touchpoint Build pipelines and systems that attract
mission-aligned, high-performing talent Performance, Development & Growth Implement performance review frameworks, OKR tracking, and feedback systems Support leadership in coaching, conflict management, and team development Launch training programs and learning initiatives for upskilling and leadership growth HR Operations & Policy Own HR administration : contracts, payroll inputs, benefits tracking, compliance, and audits Maintain and improve policies that support operational excellence and employee experience Ensure best practices across employment law, labor compliance, and internal SOPs Risk, Compliance & Advisory Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related issues or team escalations Handle grievances with empathy, professionalism, and legal awareness Support management with sensitive issues, exits, or policy-related concerns Who You Are
4+ years in HR, People & Culture, or Organizational Development Experienced across
recruitment, employee relations, policy, and performance Comfortable owning end-to-end HR functions — from strategy to hands-on execution Strong communicator and natural relationship builder Up-to-date with
Malaysian labor law , HR compliance, and best practices Passionate about building
culture-first, people-positive work environments Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems before they arise Perks of Working with Us!
