Assistant Manager of Human Resource at Agro Tech Asia Sdn Bhd
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Ideation
- Develop content ideas and directions based on the brand’s positioning and marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging video scripts, storyboards, and dialogue.
- Keep up with the latest social media trends (Facebook / Instagram / TikTok / YouTube / XiaoHongShu) and creatively adapt them to brand content.
- Contribute creative ideas for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
2. Copywriting & Content Management
Write captions, hashtags, titles, and descriptions tailored for different platforms.Adapt tone and messaging based on the platform and target audience.Work closely with the Marketing team, Media Buyer, and Influencer (IP) team to execute content strategies.Participate in weekly content meetings and shooting plans.Support live events, campaigns, and on-site shoots when needed.Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media management (F&B or e-commerce experience preferred).Familiar with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, XiaoHongShu).Strong writing skills in English and / or Chinese for captions and storytelling.Creative, detail-oriented, and able to turn ideas into visual stories.Responsible, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.Experience in photography, design, media, or marketing is an advantage.Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about local food culture — especially durians.Bonus Skills
Comfortable in front of the camera is a plus.Understanding of advertising tone and marketing messaging.Seniority level
