What You’ll Do

  • Design & produce social content : static posts, carousels, TikTok / Reels, motion graphics, video ads.
  • Edit trending reels and short‑form videos that drive results.
  • Optimise visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Ads.
  • Run mini shoots (hands‑on with shooting, recording, editing a plus).
  • Collaborate with marketers to ensure every visual hits its mark.
  • Tailor designs for brand awareness vs performance campaigns.
  • Stay on top of video & audio trends, explore adoption of such trends.
  • Manage multiple projects with speed and attention to detail.

Who You Are

  • 2–4 years in social media or digital ad design with strong motion graphics skills.
  • Portfolio shows work that looks amazing and performs.
  • Confident in videography & photography basics.
  • Skilled in motion graphics, storytelling, transitions, pacing, and sound design.
  • Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout.
  • Self‑starter—comfortable in a small team (8–10 people).
  • Able to work with colleagues from different cultures and international offices.

  • Content that drives clicks, saves, shares, and engagement.
  • Being the client manager’s go-to on‑set for visual magic.
