As Regional Sales Leader, you will define and deliver the commercial agenda across Southeast Asia. You will oversee revenue growth, strengthen distribution networks, and lead a motivated regional team to achieve ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Set and execute sales & channel strategies for SEA in line with APAC growth targets.
- Identify new market opportunities to expand presence and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a multicultural regional sales team.
- Drive full P&L ownership including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
- Cultivate strong client, distributor, and partner relationships across markets.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations for seamless customer delivery.
- Represent the business at regional industry events, trade shows, and negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with local market regulations and corporate governance.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for a proven regional leader with the vision and drive to scale the business across SEA.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.10+ years of commercial leadership, with at least 5 in senior / regional management.Strong success record in industrial / tools / equipment markets.Deep knowledge of Southeast Asia distribution and customer landscape.Strategic thinker with sharp P&L, negotiation, and market development skills.Strong cultural agility with excellent leadership and communication abilities.Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency a plus.What's on Offer
